Brands

Run several products or businesses from one workspace. A brand is the name, logo, and accent color customers see on brand-aware channels — manage them in Settings → Brands.

What a Brand Is#

A brand has exactly three fields: a name, a logo (PNG or JPG), and an accent color. Channels are pointed at a brand, and the surfaces that can render brand identity fill in those three values wherever the channel does not set its own.

A brand is a fallback, never an override. A channel that configures its own header, logo, from-name, or color keeps it — the brand only fills the gaps the channel leaves empty.

Name

The web messenger header and the "from" name on email replies.

Logo

Shown in the web messenger header and as the avatar on email. PNG or JPG.

Accent color

Web messenger only — the launcher, header, and the visitor's chat bubbles. Email and messengers ignore it.

Which Channels Show a Brand#

Only brand-aware surfaces render brand identity. Every other channel sends under the AI agent's own name and avatar no matter which brand it is bound to — for those channels, binding is grouping only and changes nothing your customers see.

ChannelBrand-aware?What the brand fills in
Web widgetYesLogo, accent color — plus the header title when the channel is explicitly bound to the brand
Telegram mini-appYesLogo, accent color — plus the header title when the channel is explicitly bound to the brand
EmailYesFrom-name and avatar on replies
Telegram bot, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, InstagramNoNothing — messages go out under the agent's own identity

The Brands page is honest about this: each brand's row shows how many channels actually present it versus how many are merely assigned to it for grouping.

The Default Brand#

Every workspace has a default brand — your workspace's baseline identity. Any channel that never picked a brand automatically inherits its logo and accent color, and new channels inherit it out of the box. The default brand cannot be deleted.

Inheriting is not the same as binding. A widget that merely inherits the default brand takes its logo and accent color but keeps the AI agent's name as the header title — only a channel explicitly bound to a brand takes the brand name as its header.

Deleting a non-default brand never disconnects anything: its channels keep working and simply fall back to the default brand — as unbound channels, so they take its logo and accent color while their widget headers revert to the agent's name.

Binding Channels to a Brand#

There are two ways to point a channel at a brand:

WhereHow
Channel settingsOpen the channel and pick a brand in the Brand field. The field only appears once your workspace has more than one brand.
Brand pageOpen a brand under Settings → Brands and move channels in and out from its Channels section.

A channel belongs to exactly one brand at a time. Re-binding does not interrupt open conversations and takes effect on the next channel load — though a web widget serving from its cached configuration can keep presenting the previous brand for up to an hour.

Permissions#

Creating, editing, and deleting brands — including logo uploads — requires the organization manage permission — Owners and Admins have it by default. Re-binding a channel to a different brand is gated separately: it happens in channel settings and requires the channels manage permission instead. Teammates without organization manage do not see the Brands page in Settings, though every teammate's app still reads brand identity where channels render it.

Plan Limits & Pricing#

Each plan includes a number of brands outright — the default brand counts as one:

PlanBrands includedExtra brands
Startup ($99/mo)1Not available
Growth ($219/mo)5$29/mo per extra brand
Business ($499/mo)10$29/mo per extra brand

The extra-brand add-on is available on Growth and Business only, is prorated onto your next invoice, and has no quantity ceiling. The Brands page shows your current usage against the allowance and the add-on price in your workspace currency.

Adding a new root email domain on an email channel also uses one of your brand slots.

If a plan downgrade leaves you over the allowance, nothing is switched off — every existing brand keeps working and its channels keep presenting it. You just cannot create a new brand until you are back inside the allowance. Workspaces created with a free-mail address are held to their plan's included allowance and cannot buy the add-on; invite an owner on your company domain to lift that cap.
