Answer Allegro customer questions via Respondo.ai

Steps to answer Allegro customer questions
Step 1: Create a Respondo.ai Allegro channel
- Go to Settings in Respondo.ai.
- Navigate to Settings > Channels > Email in your Respondo.ai dashboard.
- Click on the '+' to create a new channel.
- Configure channel.
- Name the channel 'Allegro' and select the team responsible for answering Allegro customer questions.
- Click on 'Create channel'.
- Copy the assigned email address.
- You have now created a channel. Under the name of the channel you will find an email address such as xxx@respondomail.com. Copy this address.
Step 2: Set up email forwarding in Allegro
- Log in to your Allegro Seller Account.
- Go to the Allegro Seller Portal and log in with your login details.
- Go to the notification settings.
- Click on 'Account Settings' in the main menu.
- Select 'Notification Settings' or 'Email Settings' from the submenu.
- Change the email address for customer communications.
- In the customer questions field, enter the xxx@respondomail.com address you obtained when creating your Respondo.ai channel.
- Click 'Save' or 'Save' to save the changes.
Problem solving
If you notice that the forwarding is not working, please check:
- The settings and activation of the forwarding rules in Allegro.
- Whether the emails do not end up in the Spam/Junk folder.
- Whether the settings in Allegro have been entered correctly.
