Link bol API with Respondo.ai
Do you want to gain insight into your Bol.com orders directly in your Respondo inbox? Follow these steps to integrate Bol.com with Respondo.
- Go to the Bol.com seller portal and log in with your Bol.com details.
- Click on the menu in the top right corner, choose 'Settings' and then 'API settings'.

- Enter the name, email address, and phone number of the contact person for API updates. Save this.

- Click on 'Create' under 'Client details'.

- Give your API connection a name, for example 'Respondo integration', and click 'Yes, add'.

- You will now see your API connection in the list of API references. Here you will also find your Client ID and Client secret. You'll need that later.
- Go to your Respondo inbox and navigate to Settings > Integrations.
- Press the Bol.com logo
- Stel je app in Respondo in:some text
- Client ID: Enter the Client ID you received in step 6 here.
- Client secret: Enter the Client secret you received in step 6 here.
Save your changes and you're done! You have now successfully linked Bol.com with Respondo. From now on you can see Bol.com order information directly in your Respondo inbox by opening a conversation and clicking on the right sidebar.
