Steps to answer Amazon customer questions
Step 1: Create a Respondo.ai Amazon channel
- Go to Settings in Respondo.ai.
- Navigate to Settings > Channels > Email in your Respondo.ai dashboard.
- Click on the '+' to create a new channel.
- Configure channel.
- Name the channel 'Amazon' and select the team responsible for answering Amazon customer questions.
- Click on 'Create channel'.
- Copy the assigned email address.
- You have now created a channel. Under the name of the channel you will find an email address such as xxx@respondomail.com. Copy this address.
Step 2: Change email in Amazon Seller Central
- Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
- Go to the Amazon Seller Central dashboard and log in with your credentials.
- Go to the notification settings.
- Click on 'Settings' in the top right menu.
- Select 'Notification preferences'.
- Change the contact email address.
- Under 'Email Settings', look for the 'Customer Communications' section.
- Click 'Add' or 'Change' next to the email address.
- Enter the xxx@respondomail.com address you obtained when creating your Respondo.ai channel.
- Click 'Save' or 'Confirm'.
